1. Purchase Insurance Coverage

 Purchase Insurance Coverage is a service that protects customer(s) against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It serves as security for delivery. That is, in case your products are damaged, stolen or lost during delivery, THC Vape Pen Australia Shop will either refund you the full amount paid for the products, or we re-ship your order at no cost.

THE POLICY (Please read this before putting in your order or making Payment)

-We do not ship out parcels without Purchase Insurance Coverage. If you are a returning customer, you do not need to pay this Insurance Coverage fees. Just email us a copy of your Purchase Insurance document (PIC document) we issued you during your first order for delivery to proceed. If you do not have this document, we will procure one for you.

-The fixed amount for Parcel Insurance is AUD $300, paid by the customer which is fully refunded on delivery.

-If an insured package does not reach it’s destination, or if it is damaged when it’s delivered, then the customer is reimbursed the declared value of the items in the package plus the amount paid for the Refundable Insurance Fee

– If an insured package reaches its destination with no damages, the customer is only refunded the amount paid for the Parcel Insurance Coverage.

-In instances where the package is intercepted by law enforcements, the Insurance Coverage document serves as protection for the customer. THC Vape Pen Shop will refund the customer in full or reship the order at no extra cost.

After your payment of $300, we will issue you the PIC document. Present a copy of this document to the delivery bloke so that you can have your $300 refunded. Also, indicate how you will like to have your money refunded. Could be in cash or bank transfer on delivery.

2. Product Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information; however, errors may occur.

If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order.

Availability of products is subject to stock levels, which may change without notice. If a product is no longer available, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment via secure third-party providers to ensure your information is protected. Payment options include bank transfers, cryptocurrency and other methods as listed on our checkout page.

Your payment will be processed at the time of ordering. We do not store payment information on our systems.

If payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed.

4. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions, including usage limits and expiry dates. These will be communicated clearly during the promotional period.

Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and are limited to one per transaction unless stated otherwise.
